Shawn Campbell's Capstone Portfolio
These are descriptions of the three essays that are required for the completion of the capstone portfolio. All three essays go over how the masters program has affected the student in one way or another.
The reflective essay should illustrate the student’s goals before entering the program and show how they have changed as a result of the program. It should demonstrate a combination of improvements and new desires.
The synthesis essay focuses on couple of topics that elaborate the experience of the student. The essay should identify three to four courses that had significant impact and discuss in some detail what was important.
The future as learner essay is a look into the lifelong learning plans of the student. It explains how the masters’ program has changed the students plans. Additionally, it should demonstrate the student's opinion on distant learning.
